Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the UNFAIR platform at unfaircy.com, operated by Lindeholm Ltd (Reg. no. HE 482155, Cyprus). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

The service

UNFAIR provides market intelligence for licensed real-estate professionals: developer pricelists, availability, project data and change alerts. Data is compiled from developers' own price lists and public sources and refreshed automatically. It is provided for your professional use in advising clients.

Accounts & seats

• Accounts are personal. Logins may not be shared; only one active session per user is allowed, and two-factor authentication is mandatory.
• Your subscription includes a fixed number of seats. The office admin manages who occupies them and must remove people who leave the office.

Subscriptions, trials & payment

• New offices receive a 14-day free trial. When it ends, access is suspended until a paid plan starts.
• Plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk export, redistribution or resale of the data. The platform is for your office's own client work.
• Access is limited to your organisation and the developers your organisation has been granted.
• No attempts to circumvent security, rate limits or access controls.

Data accuracy

We mirror the developers' own price lists as faithfully as possible and mark verification status per record, but availability and prices change fast and errors at the source happen. Always confirm price and availability with the developer before committing a client. UNFAIR is an information tool, not an offer, valuation or investment advice.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost commissions or deals.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including data-sharing or scraping. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

Changes & law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, courts of Cyprus.
