Privacy Policy

UNFAIR (operated by Lindeholm Ltd, Reg. no. HE 482155, Cyprus — “we”, “us”) provides market intelligence for real-estate professionals at unfaircy.com. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

What we collect

  • Account data — name, work email, phone number, office/organisation name and region, role, and your login credentials (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them).
  • Security data — two-factor authentication enrolment status, session and sign-in metadata (timestamps, IP address), used to protect accounts and enforce our one-active-session rule.
  • Usage & preferences — your email-alert filters (areas, developers, property types, budgets) and basic product usage needed to operate the service.
  • Billing data — subscription plan and invoicing details, processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
  • Enquiries — anything you send via our contact or enquiry forms.

What we use it for

  • Providing the service: logins, dashboards, market data access scoped to your organisation.
  • Sending the emails you asked for: market-change alerts matching your filters, account emails (invites, password resets), and service notices.
  • Billing and account administration.
  • Security: fraud prevention, abuse and scraping protection, audit of administrative actions.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Processors we rely on

Supabase (authentication & database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email) and Airtable (market data store). Each processes data under their own data-processing agreements.

Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. When an account is deleted (for example when an agent leaves an office), the login and associated profile data are deleted and the email address is freed. Billing records are retained as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Write to daniel.lindeholm@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus).
